Q.

Do you do one off Sessions?

A.

I offer a one off Taster session. All other sessions are with in individually taylored Programmes. I know from experience that this gives my clients the best possible results. It helps them to create good habits, and make massive progress.

Q.

How many sessions will I need?

A.

Every client has different needs. With in the Taster session I assess the individuals issue/s, and determine what the most appropriate program for that person would be. It may be that the individual needs 3, 6 sessions or may be 12 months worth of sessions. It is unclear until the individual has attended the Taster session.

Q.

How much are the programmes?

A.

With in the Taster session I assess the individuals issue/s, and determine what the most appropriate programme for that person would be. The programmes are individually taylored for that person. Prices are based on how many sessions that person will need, what needs to be covered, how much extra support they will need in between sessions etc. All these factors are unclear until you have attened the Taster Session. To provide prices at this stage would be too confusing.

Q.

I already know I want to work with you, so do I still need to attend the Taster Session, can we just start?

A.

The Taster Session has a few different purposes.

1. It gives you a chance to see how I work, and confirm it is right for you.

2. It allows me the opportunity to assess if I am the right person to help you. I know a lot of experts in my field of work, and if I feel that an individual would benefit more from someone with more expertise with their particular issue, then I would put them intouch with the appropriate expert.

3. It is an essential part for us in working out together, what kind of program would work best for you.

Q.

Where are you based?

A.

I am in Wiltshire, England. Sessions are available in person, and full address is provided once you are booked in. Because of the nature of my work I am able to offer Skype sessions. You can be anywhere in the world and still attend a session.

Q.

Is it better to have my Session in person or via Skype?

A.

The results are exactly the same, whether you attend your session in person or via Skype. The benefit of having your session via Skype is you don't have to travel, you can attend your session from the comfort of your own home. Some of my clients do prefer to have their sessions face to face, it is just down to personal preference, and practicality. On a personal level I prefer the client to be with me face to face next to me, and because the nature of my work I can 'tune in' to you better.
